How to order and payment options

  1. Choose from one of our existing hampers or custom create your own
  2. Click ADD TO CART, complete the form and process your payment.
  3. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to order and arrange payment (bank deposit/credit card)

Ordering from overseas

If you would like to order from overseas just follow the same instructions - all our prices are in NZ dollars you can check the price in your currency here

Packaging and delivery

Champers Hampers are dispatched in impeccable condition and packaged carefully to ensure they reach your destination as they left us.

Dry goods are packed in custom-made engraved wooden boxes and decorated with chiffon ribbon.  The hampers are packed in bubble wrap and secured in a strong cardboard box.   Any hampers that contain frozen or chilled items are secured with recyclable thermal packaging and wood wool. Chilled items will last for up to 24 hours without requiring additional cooling.

Always allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery except for hampers featuring chilled products received after 12.00pm on a Thursday.  To protect the health and safety of these products, these hampers are dispatched at the beginning of the following week. Or is this the correct message? Orders dispatch days are Monday-Thursday and delivery days are Tuesday-Friday.

Please note that our products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. Many of our gourmet food hampers are perishable so make sure your recipient isn’t away on holiday.

Apartment deliveries are also not permitted due to building access limitations, so we recommend sending to alternative addresses or workplaces.

Rural deliveries

We don’t recommend sending perishable goods to rural delivery addresses. Instead we encourage clients to select baskets with dry produce only.

How to track your gift basket delivery

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your courier delivery so you can personally track and trace your hamper.

At Champers Hampers, not only are our products of the very highest quality, we believe our service is too. If you are not completely satisfied contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything in our power to put things right.

Christmas hampers and delivery

Christmas gift hampers and Christmas gift baskets are available to order from November through to December. The last day for Christmas orders is Sunday 20 December 2020 and our final delivery for 2020 is Tuesday 22 December. Please remember that this is an extremely busy time of year and although we will do our best to have your gift basket delivery date remain as per what you have selected at check out sometimes this is beyond our control. However you can be sure we will do our best to have it delivered as close as possible.
