Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days unless otherwise specified. At Champers Hampers we use the best couriers NZ can offer and that company is NZ Couriers. They will take care of your hamper and deliver it as quickly as possible to it's destination, including overnight delivery to the South Island. Please note because of the nature of the chilled contents we cannot deliver to Rural Delivery addresses or send out Hampers on a Friday (no weekend deliveries). Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We ask the courier to leave the hamper if no one is home at the time of delivery because of the chilled contents. Find out more

APARTMENTS

We do not deliver to apartments as access can be limited and hampers cannot be left. Please advise a work delivery address or altenative address.

Packaging

Our gourmet hampers are dispatched in specially made wooden boxes engraved with our logo and finished in gorgeous chiffon ribbons, bubblewrapped and placed in a strong outer carton. However, any gourmet hamper which includes frozen or chilled items, especially when you "create your own" are packaged in a recyclable and environmentally friendly Chilltainer. The Chilltainer will contain ice packs and wood wool to ensure the contents remain chilled and fresh. The Chilltainer is presented with chiffon ribbons and the Champers Hampers Label.

Rural Deliveries

Most rural deliveries require additional days to reach the address. As we can only keep our products chilled for approximately two days during delivery it is preferable not to deliver to Rural (RD) addresses. Should you still wish us to go ahead anyway please put a message with your order explaining you understand the longer delivery time and the risk to the products.

Quality & Service Guarantee

Your Champers Hampers should arrive in perfect condition.  Refrigerated and frozen items will last for up to 48 hours without requiring additional cooling.  If you are not satisfied with your order, we carry a 100% money back guarantee.

Please ensure that you know the recipient is not away and that the delivery address is correct.  We will not be held responsible for any orders left outside that perish accordingly. A work address is often a far better option.

Exchange / Returns Policy

Champers Hampers is committed to providing the very best in customer satisfaction. Every care is taken with packaging and sending of items.

Please note that food items are perishable and are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we will either make a partial or full refund, resend the product or another product to the same value.
