Services

Christmas Hampers

Christmas orders - Final orders must be received by midnight Sunday 18th December. The last delivery day prior to Christmas is Wednesday 21st December. We will be closed from the 24th December until the 3rd of January. Any orders received over this period will not be dispatched until Wednesday 4th January when normal courier service resumes.

Packaging

Dry goods hampers are beautifully presented in wooden boxes packed in wood wool and topped with ribbons.
Chilled goods hampers are carefully presented packed in Chilltainers with ice packs and wood wool.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days, throughout the year. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or statuatory holidays. Any orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday unless a date has been specified. Because of the nature of the chilled perishable goods we do ask the couriers to leave them at the front door (unless otherwise specified) if no one if home.

APARTMENTS- We do not deliver to apartments as access can be limited, a work address is preferable.If delivery is attempted and no one is home a card is left for the recipient to contact the courier company and make there own arrangements.

Rural Deliveries

Our chilled food hampers cannot be delivered to a rural address because of the extra time it takes to get there and the foods would start to perish.

Quality & Service Guarantee

Your Champers Hampers should arrive in perfect condition.  Refrigerated and frozen items will last for up to 48 hours without requiring additional cooling.  If you are not satisfied with your order, we carry a 100% money back guarantee.

However we will not be held responsible for any orders left outside which perish accordingly due to the recipient being away or the incorrect address being written on the order. A work address is often a far better option as it will guarantee immediate delivery to the recipient.

Exchange / Returns Policy

Champers Hampers is committed to providing the very best in customer satisfaction. Every care is taken with packaging and sending of items.

Please note that food items are perishable and are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we will either make a partial or full refund, resend the product or another product to the same value.
